John Baxevanis was born in Drama in 1983. From very young age he dealt with music, attending the Music School of Drama. At the same time, he studied classical guitar and lute. In 2003, he took his Master Degree in Harmony and in 2005 in Byzantine Music. In 2000, he attends the Music Technology and Acoustics department, of Heraklion University, in Rethymno, where he graduated in 2005 with a degree in Audio Engineering. From 2002 to 2012, teaches traditional music in Music Schools of Athens and the periphery.
He has been working as a sound engineer since 2006 and has collaborated with major studios in Athens. Among others, he has recorded productions of famous artists such as Sokratis Malamas, Leonidas Balafas, TAKIM, Estoudiantina, Melina Kana, Stelios Vamvakaris etc. He has also worked with exceptional greek musicians in concerts in Greece and abroad with artists such as Giannis Kotsiras, Antonis Remos, Elena Paparizou, Kaiti Garbi, REC, Estoudiantina, TAKIM, Anna Vissi etc.
He is the chief sound engineer in ANTart Studios from 2013.
Nikos Kollias was born in Sparta in 1987. From early age he took piano and electric bass lessons. He himself has been a member in various music bands, in which for some of them is still participating.
In 2008 he began his studies in AKMI COLLEGE in the Sound Engineering Department and graduated in 2011 with a BA degree in Music Production and Engineering from the University of Wales.
He has worked as a sound engineer since 2009 in numerus studios and has collaborated with many artists and bands. He has also undertaken the music and sound design for films, documentaries and commercials. He has also worked in Greece and abroad with artists such as Dimitris Papaioannou, Eleftheria Arvanitaki, Melina Kana, Matoula Zamani etc.
